Manager, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
Holy Family University seeks a Manager, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis to lead the university’s financial planning and budgeting processes and engage university-wide leaders in a participative planning and budgeting process. This individual will also be responsible for monthly accountability reporting and related analyses. The successful candidate will prepare and present monthly financial analyses to Sr. Administration and prepare financial and operational reporting packages for the Board of Trustees. Requirements include bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or equivalent; 5-7 yrs experience in a service organization setting as an asst. controller and/or financial planning and review analyst; demonstrated advanced proficiency with complete MS Office suite and data extract packages; TM-1 administration and development; and outstanding analytical, data visualization, presentation, and principles of finance and accounting skills.
